'This is my current lower abs workout routine in the gym. Most of my ab videos are at home workouts, but I do enjoy going to the gym and using other equipment for a change. The traditional simple exercises are always the best, but you need to switch up your programs. This workout is focusing on the six pack but emphasizing on your lower abs. Some of the exercises may seem advanced, if so, just reduce the amount of reps till you can complete the whole workout.
