'Full Body FITT Cube Workout #5'

'Working “in” is the new working “out”.  For this workout, all you need is a New Image FITT Cube, 20 minutes, and a want to get fit! Here’s an intermediate HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout using the multi-functional gym in a cube.  There are 4 rounds. Each round has 5 exercises with 30 secs of work time and 30 secs rest tune. I provide modifications if needed. If you want to make the workout more challenging, increase the amount of work time and decrease the amount of rest time.   Today’s exercise are: - Hand Step - Core Twist with Alternate Shoulder Press - Curtsy Step-Ups - Half Burpees - Bent Over Row  Jump, Grip, Twist, and Step your way to fitness. ----------------------------------------------------------  Hi I’m Nichelle Laus, and I am all about changing lives.
