Before you workout:  1) Get your medical sign off 2) Self-assess using our medical and liability questionnaire: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1M-NGGqmL8x-yTqtrwy1nN75cqzmfbVSz/view?usp=sharing 3) If you\'re breastfeeding, then feed just before the workout so that you are \"empty\"  During the workout:  1) Listen to the advice and pause the video if you need to check your own technique 2) Stop anything that feels wrong, uncomfortable or painful - something is wrong 3) If you feel lightheaded, dizzy or faint - stop the workout immediately, sit down somewhere safe - and steady your breathing. Contact your medical professional if you do not feel better within a reasonable length of time 4) Drink water and take breaks whenever you need to - regardless of what is going on in the video/workout  After the workout:  1) Eat something 2) Get fluids into your body 3) High 5 yourself!
