My problem is this, being 45 years old 5\' 10\" tall and weighing over 240lbs I\'ve recently been diagnosed with high blood pressure. However, everytime I get to the heavier loads my left knee starts to popp as soon as my hip goes below parallel. I dont feel any pain from it, maybe sometimes after the set a slight twitch in my knee, but no long lasting pain or inflamation. Is this bad? Or how can I fix this issue. I am doing stretching and 2-3 dynamic first warm up sets before I get to the heavier loads ( Madcow) and I also think that my form is on point.
