Russian twist will help to get rid of the fat around the abdominal  area. It is a core exercise involving all the core muscles such as the obliques,abs, and more. A twisting motion helps to work the oblique muscles. Russian twist strengthens the oblique muscles on the sides of the abdomen.Strong abdominal muscle helps to prevent slouching and get a good posture. A trimmed abdomen also helps you in your everyday activities like bending to put your shoe, pick up something from the floor or sitting in a low chair.  You can do 4 sets of 15 per side. To add more intensity, cut down on your break time or increase sets as well.  You will have conditioned yourself to do more with your body with less effort, and that’s always a good thing'
