'Our 12 Days of Christmas Fitness is a great way to keep your workout routine interesting and your Christmas season purposeful. This routine is choreographed to \"We Three Kings\" by Go Fish and is focused on strength training: squats/lunges/pliés.  Today\'s fitness tip: Does it matter where you bear your body weight during squats and lunges? Yes! God built us in such a way that our ankles line up just above our heels. We can take advantage of His perfect design by keeping our body weight in our heels during squats, and in the front heel during lunging exercises. This proper position protects our knees and helps us maintain excellent posture while engaging in these important, functional strength training exercises.'
