'BODY, MIND & SOUL IN UNITY'

'#bodymindandsoul #fitness #holisticfitness   Fitness can mean different things to different people.  But in general, when we say fitness, we usually think of physical abilities or aesthetics.   The aptitude to run a marathon, swim like a champion, endurance, strength, flexibility, stamina and many more. And of course, a desirable body shape and image.   But, have you ever considered training your mind and soul as much as you train your body?  How about being fit enough for the type commitments you enter in your life.   And flexible enough to accept people and situations just as they come to you.  Are you fit enough to resist the temptation to control things.  What about being balanced enough to stand in the mirror, and look at yourself without judgement.   Can you listen without the need to interrupt or want to make a point. Are you fit enough to speak kindly to everyone.  And what about nutrition? Do you eat to feed your body or you let the foot eat you?   We all have invisible muscles that need constant flexing.  Tolerance. Confidence. Trust. Faith. Self Esteem.   Physical fitness come after mind and soul fitness.  Mental and emotional fitness, is the foundation of your physical fitness.    Consider this type of fitness and maybe who knows?!
