So I was thinking to deadlift day 1 push press day 2 then front squat day 3 and push press again on day 4 training 3 days a week but rotating through. My question would be first of all is this gonna work for the goal of getting strong af on the clean & push press and secondly is this suitable for total development and aesthetics if I throw in some rows and chins aswell? 2:11 Hey jason!
