'12 MIN BOXING CARDIO WORKOUT I UPPER BODY and ARMS routine for WOMEN OVER 50 (no equipment)'

'#cardio #HIIT #fitnessover50  This boxing cardio workout is suitable for middle-aged women who have never been in a fight in their lives but want to feel strong and brave in front of the TV screen or just a mirror!  Since the summer is already here many women (even me in my 60s) want to lose weight, deal with body fat and spend extra calories! But we also want to maximally enjoy the very process!  That’s why sometimes it is important to add a bit of whimsy in our workout routine!  I understand that most of boxing professionals would just laugh at my jabs and call these exercises a simple aerobic. I’m totally fine with that because this is still a nice and effective HIIT workout for beginners!   Let’s make our arms and upper bodies toned together!   Fight against body fat!
