'HOW TO DO A DUMBBELL GOBLET SQUAT: Live Lean Nation, on today’s exercise demonstration, I’m showing you how to do dumbbell goblet squat.  DUMBBELL GOBLET SQUAT: TARGETED MUSCLES: The Goblet Squat is an excellent squat variation that primarily targets your quads, glutes, and hamstrings, and only requires one dumbbell.  DUMBBELL GOBLET SQUAT: To perform Dumbbell Goblet Squat: 1. Get in a slightly wider than shoulder width stance and hold a dumbbell vertically against your chest, using both hands to grasp the top portion of the weight. 2. Push your hips back, bend your knees, and lower your body as low as you can go while maintaining a natural arch in the back. 3.
