'Jason Blaha Q&As April 23rd, 2017 Part 2'

'0:11 Will bone conditioning on my shins and forearms for martial arts on my off days interfere with my weight training? I know both give you micro fractures so I was wondering if it would be too much? Thanks 3:43 I know you stated in the past that it will take double the time for someone cutting on your novice program, however if Im at 20% bodyfat what should I do? I just want to get to like 15% to be a little more healthy. 6:20 Hey Jason I\'m been experiencing slight knee pain on my warm up sets for my squats off and on for a few weeks now goes away after my second warm up set i deloaded This week if this continues what could be wrong I don\'t use any knee sleeves go full range of motion and my lower body exercises are squats pause squats dead lifts stiff legged dead lifts leg curls hack squats 2 to 3 sets each exercise I alternate the variations thru out the week and train lower body twice a week thanks 9:05 Hey Jason, I have 3 bags of protein powder left over. It is a high quality brand and im not lactose intolerant. Is it safe to consume protein shakes? Im not sure anymore. 11:57 Hi Jason ! How does alcohol really impact your gains, doing the 5*5 twice a week with partying 2 to 4 time a week ! And is it dangerous or really not recommended to train after a night drinking ! Even if you drink a liter a water before sleeping ! Thanks for your input keep up the great work ! 15:16 jason, weekly calorie total vs daily calorie total ? whats is the point that is more efective or inefective one or another?(health, adherence, lifestyle flexibility, fitness goals, etc) 18:20 Hi Jason. You made a great video previously about minimum training volume and frequency for maintaining muscle mass. Would this change if you were on a cut? (Assuming adequate protein intake, staying above 10% body fat, etc). Many thanks! 20:32 Hi Jason, I\'ve been using Widowmakers for about 3 months now for everything from squats to bicep curls. Everything In one full body workout three times per week. I\'ve seen progression on some lifts and it\'s been great. I started to use %70 for everything. On the bench press however, I hover around 10 reps and every once in awhile can get out an 11th. I\'d like to see some progression there. What would you advise? I\'m thinking of dropping to %60 and seeing if I can build from there.
