'0:08 I have been hanging from a pull-up bar to stretch post workout for years. This has helped my back and shoulders to have much less pain. Recently, however, I start to blackout after a few seconds. Why and what are my options? 3:12 I am looking for ways to incorporate cardio in my everyday life.
