'First in our series of athlete featured workouts, Neill Timms (A.K.A. Incite Fitness) Takes us through an insane old school Bodyweight Push workout! Explosive Russian Dips - 3 x 12 Reps 4. Freestyle Push Ups - 3 x 12 Reps 5. Jumping Freestyle Push Ups - 3 x 12 Reps
