'By constraining the time we\'re allowed to exercise we send our intensity through the roof and use Parkinson\'s Law to our advantage! This 50s Challenge supersets high intensity anterior chain work with posterior chain work. Intended to recruit more fast-twitch muscle fibers, thereby improving muscle size and strength.
