I have a home gym in an apartment & can’t deadlift no matter what. I hit a plateau on linear 3x5 squat progression. I plan to run the 3 week squat program before transitioning to a 4 day upper lower periodisation. My friend just ran Smolov Jr and added almost 30kg on his squat in 3 weeks. Thanks coach! 7:57 I’ve heard that an upper lower linear periodization program for an intermediate isn’t ideal because it’ll cause overuse. Is this true? If so, what would you recommend as the most ideal program setup for an early intermediate? Thanks Coach!
