'Jason Blaha\'s Fitness Q&A Bonus: Carbs Before Bed When Cutting'

'Subscriber: I find I perform the best in the gym (while cutting) when I consume a very large amount of carbs during my last before I lay down for bed (at least 150g; usually from oats, cereal, etc.). I\'m still losing fat consistently but could I be losing a bit more if I stopped consuming that many carbs before bed? I usually eat and then don\'t go to sleep until about 3.5-4 hours later (I use this period of time to watch TV/read). Is this enough time for my blood sugar to balance out and insulin levels to go down?
