'How To Do The Move  1. Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder width apart.   2. Angle your feet outward at about 45 degrees.   3. Cross your arms in front of you so that your hands are resting on your shoulders.   4. Bend your knees and drop down as low as you can.   5. Push the ground away from you and repeat.
