'Jason Blaha Q&As February 28th 2021 Part 2'

'0:07 I was starting to jog again and I thought I was slowly building up my capacity and system so I wouldn’t injure myself but I had an aching glute which I thought was just sore from pushing myself for the first time in awhile. Then after a few days rest I go again and when I start jogging I immediately feel a strain on my hamstring when I land on that respective leg. It was sore even to walk after that on that day. After a couple days I realize the upper glute is super tender and not the hamstring at all. I’m going to assume just to get it stronger and try to implement better warmups beforehand? 2:45 Hey Jason I had days when I didnt get enough sleep,felt like crap and still hit a PR.And then I had other days when sleep was on point felt great and excited going to the gym and then I was weaker than on some previous sessions.How is that possible? 6:06 Any chance of video on the difference between 9 set of 3 reps on dynamic day and the new 5 set of 5reps ?
