I’ve heard it’s helpful for shoulder mobility along with being a good movement for the upper back . Just curious if you have any general thoughts on it. 4:31 What your thought sir if i had to split 1 of my training day into 2 sesh? Example like, i do the main lift. Get my kid from school. An hour later comeback finished my training for the day. I cant train other time for now. Is that ok or its bad for training?
