Day1:Heavy squats and deads, day2:Heavy bench,chins and ohp, day3:Volume squats + some accessories, day4:volume bench and rows + some accessories.The problem is that during heavy bench day my perfomance seems to suffer which is probably due to doing it day after heavy squats/deads.Do you think it would be better to swap day 2 with day 4 meaning volume bench would be on day 2 which is day after heavy sq/dl and heavy bench would be on day 4 where theres off day before and after?Or is it a bad idea to have volume day next after heavy day? 2:53 Jason please help w my bench press, I\'ve never been able to get over 115 KG. I\'ve had a 200 squat and a 230 deadlift so I know the basics! I\'m doing madcows. In theory it should, as the ankle gets larger ROM, what are your thoughts?
