'Explained about the Top 5 workouts that can be done at home without using any equipment.  Exercises included in the video are  1. Beast Hold & Beast Reach  2. Hindu Push ups 3. Russian Twists  4. Bicycle Crunches  5. Bur-pees   These are full body workouts which also challenge your cardio-vascular energy and for burning your belly fat.  Each exercise should be done for 30-45 secs each and 15 sec rest before moving the next workout.  For beginners,  the duration of each exercise can be reduced to 15-20 secs  This should be repeated for 3-4 rounds.
