Overload etc. My question is why do my legs stay SO small and weak even after 6 months of squats to parallel with good form, i cant even get above 155lbs for 5 reps!! Im 6\' 183 lbs with super long, skinny legs. My upper body looks huge and jacked with tiny thighs and its depressing brother, after working squats for like a YEAR. Thanks for all your good advice!
