She is extremely busy and does not really have time to go to a gym and workout. Whenever she\'s not working, she\'s in class or at home studying. However, she still wants to exercise to build strength and stay healthy. I purchased a pull-up bar for our closet door. And everyday I have her do several sets of chin-ups, push-ups, planks, and bodyweight squats throughout the day. I don\'t have her go until failure or anything strenuous. Just enough to where it is a challenge for her. I try to have her focus on doing more reps each week. She\'s currently at 4 dead hang chin-ups, 25 non stop push-ups, and a bunch of squats. Is this okay for her to keep in shape and build some strength and muscle until she finishes her schooling next year?
