'Lockdown Workouts: 6 Fun Fitness Routines with Kids | EuroKids'

'EuroKids has fun lockdown workouts which you and your child can do within the comfort of your home. Our lockdown workouts consist of 6 active ways to make health and fitness a fun habit to enjoy and bond over. These light lockdown workouts for the family can become fun routines which will keep your child fit, active and healthy at home. Combine these physical fitness routines with vibrant music in the background so it creates an environment that is lively. Your child will experience a set of healthy workouts which will feel like a game or an activity at home.   Our first fun drill is to “Stretch Up” – Stretch those limbs! Yes, healthy stretching of arms and legs can be done together with mom, dad and the kids – to keep everybody fit.   #2 is: “Run” – A healthy dose of running at home is possible. Use the length of the home to take small jogs from one room to the other. You can also play ‘chase’ with your kid – and do that as a short fun activity and as a workout.   3) “Jump” – On-the-spot jumping can be a lot of fun – especially when it is combined with your child’s favourite tune playing in the background. This can be a playful lockdown workout as your child will really enjoy the music and the fun parent participation.   The fourth tip is ‘Just Balance’ – Make this innovative and creative by trying fun and yet safe ways to balance against the floor. Do this only after placing a soft mat below you and your kids.   5) “Meditate” A good way to destress and remove anxiety is by meditating together. Sit, breathe and feel the silence in the room.   #6) is to “Relax”. At the end of this lockdown workout, you and your child can sit simply on the bed or floor, & relax and be calm for a short duration.   And finally to recap our lockdown workout – Stretch Up, Run, Jump, Balance, Meditate and Relax is the best way to keep your child fit, healthy and happy while at home.
