'0:07 What are your thoughts on Nordic curls for building strength and athleticism? 3:06 how often do an average guy need to deload on a conjugate system? 6:01 I bruised my ribs with a belt to the point my bottom left rib hurts with some movements and now it limits me on some exercises.This is the second time it happened to me.Last time it was around a year ago and it took few weeks to heal and now it probably will be the same.Am I wearing the belt wrong/too tight or is the belt too wide/thick for me?I usually put the belt where the middle part of the belt is on my belly button.What should I do to prevent this?Im not skinny although Im relatively lean (12-14% bf, 175 lbs at 5´9) intermediate lifter.I have 13mm belt.
