Also, how would you program in Farmer\'s Walks for GPP/conditioning for an early intermediate? 4:15 I’ve heard from several people that “sumo deadlifting and box squatting can hurt the knees because they don’t track over the toes, they track more medially.” What do you think about this? 7:39 I recently switched over to high bar squatting because I feel like my hip and shoulder joints are better with it than the low bar squat which I was doing.
