All My max squats and dl are consistently going up but bench & max variations has stalled. It’s been like this for thee 8 week cycles already. I’ve been throwing in more accessory’s for tris but can’t find what works yet.... good mornings work amazing and I feel that is what’s fueling my lower progression.
