'Jason Blaha Q&As November 1st 2020 Part 1'

'0:07 Jason, thoughts on prehab isolation movements like side leg raises (glute medius), Y raises (lower traps), rotator cuff isolation etc. for injury prevention and complete muscular development? Very popular channels like Jeremy Ethier and Athlean X promote these movements all the time. Do they provide any value to strength athletes? 4:18 I have had very good strength gains since March doing your style of conjugate. Squat going from 385 to 425. DL 445 to 475, press 185 to 205, and bench 325 to 345. I’ve gained about 8 pounds, eating clean and right around maintenance calories to slightly higher. My problem is that for about 8 weeks now my quads and hamstrings have been non stop sore. I can limber up and complete my workouts with out any issues but outside of my gym I’m aching and sore. What do you recommend to get my legs back under me? 7:38 Would you say there is a limit of how much toe-out someone should do if they are doing box squats? I’ve heard of some people putting their feet at almost 90° because they say it feels more comfortable for them and their knees, but I understand that it is recommended that most people should try to go to a more toe-forward stance as they get better mobility etc Jason Blaha Merchandise https://teespring.com/stores/jason-blaha-fitness ►Subscribe to Jason Blaha Fitness Here! http://www.youtube.com/user/juggernautfitnesstv?sub_confirmation=1'
