Mountain climber 15 reps 4. Squats 10 reps 5. Inchworms. 5 reps Perform 5 exercises that will be 1 round. Take 1-2 min rest and repeat it for 3 more rounds (if you need take 10-20 sec rest in between exercises or otherwise go without rest) Intermediate / advanced 1. Jumping jacks 50 reps 2. High knees 40 reps 3. Mountain climber 30 reps 4. Squats 20 reps 5. Inchworms. 10 reps Perform 5 exercises that will be 1 round.
