'I do this mediation every day after my morning workout. It\'s a game-changer. You got this!  The meditation only takes roughly 4-5 minutes and consists of four parts.  1) A Moment Of Gratitude.  2) Lifting Up A Loved One.  3) Visualizing Success Today.  4) Be Still. Listen To The Rise & Fall Of Your Breath. The Sounds Of The Room...Just BE.'
