'Jason Blaha Q&As June 14th 2020 Part 2'

'0:07 Hey Jason, I am a 20 year old guy from Greece. Recently I was diagnosed with FAI or hip impingement. (Cam morphology to be specific) This pretty much unables me to hit proper depth in the squat. I have to finish all the reps around 2 inches above parallel. My question is, can I run a normal strength program, the way it is written, or should I do some modifications? (e.g do less volume so I can reduce wear and tear in the joint) Thanks! Keep up the good work! 3:05 Jason, I really need advice. Lately I have started a job as a industrial mechanic in ammunition industry. I basically have to dismantle huge machines and repair them. So a lot of hitting with HUGE hammers so the gears fit on shafts, lots of heavy lifting, carrying, and static holds. My training performance has plummeted, and there are weeks I\'m so tired I can\'t even train. Do you have any advice how to handle the situation? P. S. I had manual labour jobs before, but the intensity was much lower, and just by reducing volume on my training would do the trick, but not this time. Thnx in advance. 6:53 Hi Jason! How to periodize your conditioning to not surpass your MRV on a 4 day upper lower? And tips on how to speed recovery time?
