'How to Lose Weight and Maintain It - Nutrition & Exercise?'

'Hey Guys ❤️,  As most of you know, I lost 30Kg several years ago and have since made it my goal to simplify the crazy world of health and fitness and help people just like me reach their goals and enjoy fitness. In todays video I am going to discuss with you the only 3 things you need to do to lose fat and be able to maintain a healthy, fantastic life! There are no shortcuts here so enjoy the journey and create a fantastic life that you love!  Please note: I am a personal trainer, not a dietitian.
