Here one of out fitness boot camp participants is having their hands wrapped by one of the Muay Thai trainers. They do this to protect the delicate bones in the knuckles and wrists. After they wrap your hands you can then put on the Muay Thai boxing gloves and get in the ring to fight one of the trainers with your new found Muay Thai fighting skills.'
