'0:07 Coach is there an issue in using an assistance lift/max effort variation as an accessory? For example close grip incline bench press might be my randomly selected max effort lift for the week but what if I’m already doing close grip incline for sets of 10 as one of my accessories? Do you ever have exercises that overlap and serve both the purpose of max effort and rep work?
