'0:07 Hey jason. What are your thoughts on using angled football bar for OHP and bench press. I have a bicep tendonitis issue so I cant OHP with the straight bar. Should i keep rotating different grips on my football to avoid over use or stick to one grip which doesn\'t bother my bicep? Thanks 3:31 If heat makes oil rancid, why is this not the case for the oil found in cooked food? Correct me if I\'m wrong, heating fish oil would render it useless or even it unhealthy and is not suggested. Does that apply to cooking salmon since its oil and healthy fats are all being heated? 7:40 I am doing conjugate with max efford rotating of lifts, and rep. Efford, I can do 10 reps 90 kg good morning and 10 reps 72.5 kg pendly but failed 190 kg deadlift... I think I am doing something wrong.
