'Glute Hamstring BOOTY GAINZ WORKOUT'

'If you liked this please subscribe to my channel.  Since having baby number 2 my body changed so much, I have lost a lot of strength and muscle and was having a lot of issues with my hips. I started training when bub was 6 weeks old and was not really consistent until about 2 months ago. She is now 9 months old and I am feeling much stronger but I am still working on my core strength.  A lot of these exercises can be done with light weights or body weight so just take your fitness level and strength into consideration. My focus right now is core, lower body and booty workouts and have been training strength twice a week and HIIT 2-3 times a week.  Glute and Hamstring - BOOTY WORKOUT:  Warm up - 5 - 10mins on an exercise bike or cross trainer  3 rounds of 12 reps for each exercise with a 1 minute rest in between.  - Romanian (stiff leg) Deadlift - Barbell hip thrust on bench - Suspension strap lunges with kettlebell - Fit ball hamstring curl - Fit ball weighted back extension (squeeze glutes)  Finisher - 3 x 10 reps  - Box jump burpee (with pushup!)
