'Jason Blaha Q&As December 31st, 2017 Part 1'

'0:08 Jason, I\'ve been going to the gym for 2.5 years and I can count the times I\'ve seen people pause bench on ONE HAND. I\'m wondering why the hell it is so rare tho for people to be using this form? Half the time I see people with a whole lot of weight on the bar either stopping 6-8 inches short of the chest and the other half the time it\'s touch and go. My shoulders had a LOT of issues before I was convinced that pause bench is the way to go. So thanks for that Jason! 4:16 u are against supplements but at one point u were in contact with tiger fitness about starting ur own supplement line.whay has made u change ur mind so much about supplement use? 8:11 Mr Blaha, a few weeks back I asked a question about a 10x3 system with clean&push press emphasis. I am now training this way really enjoying it. However I can\'t wrap my head around repeating the same exercise twice in a week if I could develop a more balanced strength base with more variety. Do you think I can use the snatch&behind the neck push press in order to get better muscle balance and more variety or should I wait and use it as a variation once the push press gives me overuse or something?
