'JPPTV1 - Fresh Start Personal Trainer Program'

'Jodie Parker\'s In Club Personal Training Program for Fresh Start members.  Superset 4 sets, 15 reps  SESSION: WEIGHT: - Military Lat pull down (front & back)    5 to 21kg - Seated row  5 to 21kg - Walking lunges  bodyweight or 10kg plate above head - Lying leg curl   15 to 28kg - leg ext  15 to 21kg - seated  Shoulder press   2 to 10kg - Standing side raises  2 to 8kg - Alt front raises  2 to 8kg - Chest press  5 to 20kg pin - Abs Crunch  20 reps   EXTRA TIPS • Choose weights that challenge you. Always choose form over weight • Summer will be here before you know it! What we need IS consistency and focus. • The rest days are important for you to recover and train harder the next day. • Food is also important now so do your best to get meals in and clean eating.  Please note: Check with your GP that you are ok to begin an exercise regime before you do this program. Do not try anything that you are unsure of and see a Personal Trainer to learn all of the movements listed in this workout.'
