Fed up of being bullied, In the Summer of 2004, He took out to get rid of his weight once and for all. After cleaning up his diet and writing up a training plan, in just over 3 Months, David lost 8 Stone 9 Pounds (121lbs/55kg). It wasn’t without its challenges. With 2 physical breakdowns that ended in a stay in hospital, to not doing anything else but eat, sleep, train.  David McCabe, wanted to help others to lose weight, burn fat and build confidence in themselves just like he did.
