I work long night shifts 5 times a week and often I have to do my workout directly after I finish in the morning. If I am exhausted should I still try and add weight or is it okay to repeat the same weight occasionally. Thanks 14:50 a lot of fish oil supplements recommend 1-3 capsules a day. Arent those recommendations for people who do not work out? Should someone who works out take more capsules?
