'Save your knees with this 40 minute low impact HIIT workout. No jumping workouts can be just as intense as high impact cardio so don\'t be fooled by this one.  This workout consists of 4 different circuits with 6 exercises in each and we will repeat it twice. You have 40s for each more and a 10s break.
