GARLIC BUTTER QUINOA:     kk the easiest & tastiest side dish ever, ready?throw a cup of quinoa, 1 tbl spoon of vegan butter, 3 teaspoons of garlic power & 2 cups of veg broth in a pot and heat until boils. then cover the pot and put it on low for 15 minutes. I threw green onions over it for good measure.     VEGAN GLUTEN FREE MAC AND CHEESE:    recipe from @mealsbyrabby in a crock pot throw peeled & cubed butternut-squash, 1 white onion, 1/2 cup of cashews, 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast, 1 garlic clove, 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon mustard, salt, 2 cups veg broth in a crock pot. cook on hi for 4 hours or low for 8. blend together and top over macaroni. I used BANZA chickpea pasta for this.     I also toasted some rice crumbs with olive oil, vegan parm cheese & nutrional yeast to sprinkle on top.     BEEFLESS STEW:    in a crock pot throw 2 portobello mushrooms, 1 potato, 1/2 cup of diced bb carrots, 1/2 white onion, 2 diced celery stalks, spoonful of tomato paste, garlic, 1/4 cup English peas, splash of red wine, spoon of mushroom bourguignon, fill up half way w/ veg broth then the rest with filtered water.  4 hours on high and 8 on low.     AIR FRIED GNOCCHI    cubed 2 zucchini’s & onion and let them roast in the morning oven at 375 for a half an hour. set the air fryer to 400 and threw Trader Joe’s frozen cauliflower gnocchi in the bin and fried for 15 minutes. topped it with RAO tomato sauce & roasted vegetables.     NEARLY GUILT FREE COOKIES (nearly..)    1 cup of coconut brown sugar, 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 tsp baking soda & 1 egg. mix together then spread on a baking sheet. baked at 350 for 14 minutes. let it sit to harden. feel free to toss some chocolate chips in there too.       #veganrecipes #plusgirlfitness #plussizefitness #fitnessvlog #vlogs #newvlogger'
