'Healthy High Protein French Toast'

'This is my favorite bodybuilding style breakfast! Arguably the best protein source mixed with an amazing complex carb. For those of you that are hard gainers, have this every morning with peanut butter and let the gains begin!  All you need ⬇︎ -Ezekiel bread or another flourless sprouted grain bread -Egg whites -Cinnamon/stevia (optional) -Cooking spray -Bowl/pan  Macros per meal: 52g protein 60g carbs 3g fat 475 calories  If you liked it give it a thumbs up and subscribe!
