'0:07 What have u learn from doing 4 max effort days a week and no speed work ? 3:31 I ve a ssb that diameter 2\" all the way & the ssb handle can be unscrew. Ive tried the unscrew ssb for bench press & standing press it felt good but weird. Its like pressing with an axle bar with weight hanging just to put into perspective.. im running conjugate now & will this variation good to use for my reps work? Thx coach 6:10 Thoughts on static stretching? Read an article the other day from the guys over at Barbell Medicine that said it’s pretty much useless. Do you do any dynamic stretching or band mobility exercises? As always appreciate the content and I have enjoyed seeing your growth over the past couple years, much love coach.
