'TopicTuesday Fitness video! Treadmill Gains Tuesday'

'I\'m filming my friend/client while he does his workout on the treadmill. I have been training him for 2 months now, he was doing fairly well but then got sick and stopped coming for 4 to 5 days, so I\'m having to kind of start him out towards the beginning and work him up again to where he was so we can take off from there.  If nothing I said made sense it was because for some reason I was nervous being in the gym and recording lol. Also. He does well on the stationary bike, but I had to let him know that I want to see him do better on the treadmill too because it is necessary before I decide to overload him. Nothing will be all the same but he needs to improve his endurance, cardiovascular, and work on proper breathing techniques. Something I\'ll work with him on. Nonetheless, I\'m not a treadmill lover but cardio is necessary at times!  I personally believe that if he does well on the bike, then I need and want him to do well on the treadmill as well.. (work on weaknesses) but yes, he has a lot of things to work on.'
