This full body toning workout can be done at the gym, unless you have a bosu at home, in which case you can do this total body workout at home.  If you are looking to learn how to get tight and toned, this routine is a great place to start.  There are 5 moves in this tight and toned workout. You’ll want to try all of the toning exercises in this total body workout before attempting to do the entire routine. You’ll do 10-12 reps of each of the moves in this total body toning workout before moving on to the next.  If you are a beginner shoot for 1-2 rounds of this full body workout.  If you are more advanced you can try to do 3-4 rounds of this tight and toned workout.
