Day 2 is a healthy recipe for avocado toast  and another fitness tip. I hope you enjoy the tools I am providing to you and that you too will \"Love Yourself To Health\". #eat2livestrong #AvocadoToast #Recipes  Avocado Toast: 1 avocado, remove pit, mash avocado and add salt pepper, chives, basil, and cilantro to make a spreadable paste. Toast 2 slices of wheat bread and toast to your preference.
