'FREE Trimester 2 Pregnancy workout from Fresh Start Personal Training'

'Join me for a FREE 8 minute pulse raising, muscle boosting workout that is most importantly SAFE and EFFECTIVE for all of you out there who are keen to work out in pregnancy but aren\'t sure how. I\'m in Trimester 2 of my own pregnancy, and as a pre and post natal exercise specialist, I\'d love you to join me on my own pregnancy fitness journey! This session will give you a taster of what\'s to come in my Trimester 2 and Trimester 3 pregnancy workout series, so if you like it, let me know!   I should add that the reason Trimester 1 is not covered here is as you can largely continue with whatever exercise you were doing pre pregnancy (as you feel able, morning sickness aside!), so it\'s only really in Tri 2 that we need to start thinking more about pregnancy specifics.   This bodyweight workout will leave you feeling energised, and like you\'ve worked out but at a level where you could still hold a conversation.
