'3 Things important to Know about your fitness journey (Activation, Recovery, MTM)'

'3 things important to know for your fitness journey that will help you seeing the difference on you physical and mental aspect : 1/ Recovery : we need to have rest days as we need it for our mind, it\'s important and necessary when you put stress on muscles which then damage the muscle fibers these muscle fibers break apart and then during recovery when the muscle heal, it heals back stronger and then you get stronger so we should let our body recover and if you want to go fast on this process, you should stretch usually, drink enough water, feed muscles with healthy snacks after workout, have a cold shower after workout, have enough sleep and keep having an ordinary moving not keeping yourself on bedroom !
