'Fitness at Home with the Y | HIIT with Anthony | INEA YMCA'

'Get a short sharp sweat up with Anthony! A good cardio workout doesn\'t need to take long. Follow along at a time that suits you.  No equipment required, but it would be best to have some water and a towel handy.   HIIT Classes at the Y are held on Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
